Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for the Northeast in a remote, field-based capacity across the US. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare stakeholders and translate complex clinical information into clear, compliant communication to support informed decision-making.

You will collaborate cross-functionally on scientific exchange, educational programs, and medical insights to strengthen the company's presence in therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biopharma industry.
• MSL-level support in specific therapeutic areas.
• Degree in nursing, pharmacy, or an advanced degree preferred (MD/PhD/PharmD).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and health systems to support scientific exchange.
• Provide medical information and education to healthcare professionals and the public.
• Facilitate intake of unsolicited research and contribute to brand planning.
• Coordinate continuing education workshops and programs for healthcare professionals.
• Update FAQs and standard responses to enhance product knowledge.
