Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join an international team and advance hematology therapies. This full-time, remote role covers the Northeast region (NY, CT, NJ, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME).

Qualifications

• Strong scientific and clinical background with an advanced degree in a scientific field.
• Excellent interpersonal, strategic, and communication skills.
• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience in clinical practice, academia, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex scientific and medical information.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet driving standards for field work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through scientific exchange on emerging trends and patient care practices.
• Engage in one-on-one scientific exchange with therapeutic area experts to identify clinical insights.
• Support the recent launch through continued non-promotional scientific education.
• Maintain knowledge of literature, guidelines, and standards of care within the therapeutic area and territory.
• Serve as a scientific resource to leading academic physicians and researchers by providing complex medical information.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for medical congresses, advisory boards, and clinical sites.
• Conduct formal scientific presentations for appropriate healthcare audiences.
• Represent Grifols Medical Affairs and communicate priorities and research interests.
• Adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
