Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to work remotely in the Northeast region, building scientific relationships with KOLs in anesthesiology, surgery, hematology, and transfusion medicine. You will translate complex data into practical insights and support launches with educational activities.

The role requires a strong scientific/clinical background (PhD/MD/PharmD or advanced nursing degree), at least two years of related experience, and the ability to travel within the territory

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific field (PharmD, MD, PhD, or advanced nursing degree).
• Minimum of two years of related experience in clinical practice, academia, or pharma industry.
• Strong knowledge of Grifols philosophy and policies.
• Excellent interpersonal, strategic, and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss highly technical scientific information with leading experts.
• Must reside within the Northeast territory (NY, CT, NJ, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders through scientific exchange.
• Engage in one-on-one scientific discussions to extract clinical insights.
• Support recent launches through nonpromotional scientific education.
• Maintain current knowledge of literature, guidelines, and standards of care in the territory.
• Serve as a scientific resource to academic centers, centers of excellence, and key accounts.
• Act as a liaison for investigator-initiated research protocols.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration for medical congresses and advisory boards.
• Conduct formal scientific presentations as requested for healthcare audiences.
• Represent Grifols Medical Affairs and communicate priorities and research interests.
