Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to serve as a field-based scientific expert in hematology. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, delivering scientific exchanges, and supporting launches through nonpromotional education.

The candidate should reside in the Northeast region (including VT) and be prepared for travel. The position emphasizes strong scientific background, exceptional communication, and the ability to translate complex data for healthcare

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a scientific field (PharmD/MD/PhD or advanced master’s in nursing).
Minimum of two years in clinical practice, academia, or pharma.
Strong understanding of Grifols’ philosophy and policies.
Excellent interpersonal, strategic, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret and communicate highly technical medical information.

Responsibilities

Identify and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through scientific exchange.
Engage in one-on-one scientific discussions with therapeutic area experts.
Support recent launches with nonpromotional scientific education.
Maintain current knowledge of literature and guidelines in hematology.
Act as a scientific resource to academics, centers of excellence, and key accounts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for medical congresses and trials.
