BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mississippi-licensed attorney to join their remote team based in Jackson, MS. The attorney will handle defense and collection matters related to security interests in motor vehicles and other assets.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong negotiation and litigation skills, able to manage a high-volume caseload independently while adhering to the Rules of Professional Conduct and applicable case management systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Mississippi.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and case management software effectively.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution and litigation as needed.
• Analyze and evaluate new assignments to resolve cases.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and clients.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Document all activities in the appropriate systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
