Job summary

Edcetera provides continuing education and exam prep for licensed professionals and now seeks a Clinical Coordinator Assistant / MRI Instructor to teach online for Pulse Radiology Institute and support the clinical externship team.

The role blends teaching up to 12 credit hours per semester with building lesson plans, instructional materials, and coordinating student scheduling and MRI simulation activities. Certification in MRI and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• MRI certification from ARRT and/or ARMRIT is required.
• Prior education experience preferred.
• Strong communication and online technical skills.
• Extremely strong ethics and professional integrity.
• Well organized, proactive, and supportive of students.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum teaching commitment of up to twelve (12) credit hours per semester as directed by Program Director.
• Submit lesson plans, student grades and other instruction-related documents promptly.
• Design instructional programs including scope, sequence, handbooks and weekly lesson plans.
• Develop and produce instructional materials.
• Schedule and manage students for clinical externships and related admin tasks.
• Consult with the Program Director on curriculum and materials.
• Evaluate student mastery of learning objectives.
• Incorporate technology into courses to improve instruction.
• Create an engaging learning environment and promote active participation.
• Suggest improvements to instruction structure and assessment methods.
• Support student retention and interaction.
• Contact students via email or phone when not logged into Canvas.
