Qualifications

• MRB knowledge and understanding of MRB requirements
• GD&T standards proficiency
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing data
• Aerospace background including design and aircraft structure knowledge
• Basic calculations related to engineering dispositions

Responsibilities

• Follow engineering principles to determine sequences for fabrication and assembly of products
• Analyze specifications, drawings, and data to develop production processes and operation sheets
• Suggest changes to methods to reduce costs, risks, and waste while improving quality
• Coordinate technical resolution of non-conformances with CIPTs and other teams
• Participate in Manufacturing Corrective Action Board (MCAB) and support corrective action data
• Provide input to support corrective action identification and implementation
• Ensure MRE coverage and disposition for production assembly engineering to meet delivery commitments
• Verify non-conforming characteristics and ensure correct content and disposition actions
