Alignerr is seeking MPH graduates to train AI models on population health, biostatistics, and health equity from a remote setting. You will develop complex health scenarios, author ground-truth solutions, and audit model outputs for accuracy and ethics.

Qualifications

• Must have MPH or MSPH or closely related graduate degree.
• Foundational knowledge in at least two pillars: epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, or health policy.
• Ability to translate health data into clear, actionable information with cultural sensitivity.
• High attention to detail in statistics, data citations, and health interventions.

Responsabilités

• Design advanced public health scenarios including disease outbreaks and health equity assessments.
• Create ground-truth, step-by-step responses using peer-reviewed research and current guidelines (CDC, WHO).
• Audit AI-generated health advice for accuracy, bias, and ethical standards.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning on correlation vs causation and risk communication.
