Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Health Policy & Management AI Data Trainer to design complex public health scenarios, author expert‑level solutions, audit AI health content, and improve AI reasoning. The role leverages MPH/epidemiology expertise to train AI on disease, policy, and population health.

The position is fully remote and flexible, with contractors working on their own schedule for 10–40 hours per week. Prior AI experience is not required, and collaboration with global projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field.
• Strong knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
• Ability to translate complex health data into clear, accurate, culturally sensitive written communication.
• High attention to detail around statistical significance, source citations, and intervention logic.

Responsibilities

• Design complex public health scenarios — Create realistic, challenging problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, biostatistics interpretation, and policy analysis.
• Author expert-level solutions — Write rigorous, evidence-based responses grounded in peer‑reviewed research, epidemiological data, and established guidelines (CDC, WHO, and others)
• Audit AI-generated health content — Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, ethical compliance, and logical consistency; identify gaps and misinformation in health reasoning
• Refine AI reasoning — Provide structured feedback to help models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and respond appropriately across diverse populations

What You'll Do

Required

Who You Are

• Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or a closely related graduate-level field
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
• Ability to translate complex health data into clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive written communication
• High attention to detail — especially around statistical significance, source citations, and intervention logic
• No prior AI experience required

Nice To Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research coordination
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
• Background in health communication, clinical research, or public health surveillance
