Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners aligned with harm reduction principles to provide fully remote care for opioid use disorder. In this full-time position, you will manage buprenorphine treatment directly with patients, demonstrating strong autonomy and patient-centered practices. The role requires an active NP license in your state and 2 years of relevant experience. Compensation ranges from $130,000–$140,000, with excellent benefits including health coverage and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Reside in a qualifying state for practice.
• Minimum 2 years of experience prescribing buprenorphine.
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) to patients.
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment.
• Work within a structured, team-supported model of care.
