Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners aligned with harm reduction principles for a fully remote, full-time position. You will work with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a supportive structure. Candidates must have an active Nurse Practitioner license, possess at least 2 years of outpatient prescribing experience, and be able to work autonomously. Qualifications

• Must reside in a qualifying state and hold a Nurse Practitioner license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in outpatient settings prescribing buprenorphine.
• Strong ability to work autonomously.

• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment.
