Morley is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with motion graphics and video editing expertise to join our Creative team. The role centers on motion design while delivering print, digital, experiential, and environmental work that translates complex ideas into compelling visuals.

The ideal candidate blends creative storytelling with strategic thinking, collaborating with strategists and producers to craft high-impact experiences for Fortune/Global 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Motion Graphics & Video: Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Design & Creative: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; strong typography and layout
• Professional Skills: Strategic thinking, collaboration, strong communication and project management

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, animate and edit motion graphics and video from storyboard to final delivery
• Design and prepare production-ready files for print, digital distribution and live events
• Create engaging visual experiences across digital, social, event, presentation and marketing channels
• Collaborate with strategists, writers and creative leaders to bring ideas to life
• Develop performance-driven creative for brand campaigns, websites, presentations, and large-format graphics
• Maintain organized assets, templates and production files
• Translate business objectives into compelling visual stories across motion, digital, print and live experiences
