SCRL is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join us in the US (SF office or remote). You will produce high-impact ads for the US market, turning briefs and creator footage into compelling content.

You will own a stream of output for our paid social engine, collaborating with strategists and leveraging performance insights to optimize campaigns. The role calls for at least 2 years in motion design and a strong portfolio.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in motion design and social ads.
• Portfolio showing paid social results.
• Proficient in Figma and After Effects.
• Know-how of marketing metrics and AB testing.
• Excellent communication to explain design choices.
• Ability to deliver fast without sacrificing quality.
• Bonus: consumer apps, SaaS, creator tools.
• Bonus: Meta ads platform experience.
• Bonus: high-volume test-and-learn environments.

Mansioni

• Create high-quality advertisements tailored for the US market that meet KPIs and volume needs.
• Design and animate motion graphics, including app UI highlights in ads.
