Job summary

Spieldenner Group seeks an adaptable sales professional to guide families through mortgage protection options. You’ll contact leads, tailor coverage plans, and assist clients with applications, with the flexibility of remote work and optional in-person meetings.

The role offers training, performance-based income, and a structured onboarding process to help you succeed in a commission-only environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Commission-based sales position.
• Average commission is about $600 per family protected.
• Expect to sell 5–10 mortgage protection plans per week.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach (6-8 hrs/week): schedule reviews of coverage needs with interested individuals.
• Preparation & Research (4-5 hrs/week): review client information and tailor coverage options.
• Client Meetings (2 days/week): meet virtually or in-person to walk through options and apply.
• Light Admin (2 hrs/week): follow up on applications and communicate with carriers.
