Qualifications

• 1-3 years of mortgage processing experience or 2-3 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Understanding of FNMA and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Knowledge of VA and FHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan files for submission to underwriting.
• Act as liaison between customers and parties involved in the transaction.
• Submit files through automated underwriting for approval.
