A significant portion of travel is required. The candidate should have 2+ years in mortgage, sales, or real estate, plus an active NMLS registration and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z (required).
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Two+ years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience.

Aufgaben

• Originates mortgage loans in the assigned territory.
• Take applications and conduct preliminary underwriting reviews.
• Submit loan applications for processing and underwriting.
• Follow up to secure documents for processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Spend at least 50% of time away from locations for sales activity.
• Drive 2+ hours per week for business needs.
