• Generate your own business through referrals, agent partnerships, branding, or outbound efforts.
• Close what you start and convert opportunities into funded loans.
• Be coachable and accept feedback while applying our systems.
• Collaborate with a pod leader on borrower calls and agent/builder Zooms.
• Participate in ongoing training, Bootcamp Sessions, and AI-enabled workflows.
