This is a remote position with a strict 100% commission, self‑generating model designed to help you build a durable business in any market.

You’ll receive practical coaching, a collaborative culture, and quick answers from senior leaders who fund loans.

Qualifications

• You generate your own business through referrals, agent partnerships, your personal brand, or outbound efforts.

Responsibilities

• Build a national network of referral relationships and partners, and structure deals with 50+ lenders and a broker channel.
• Close loans you start; conversion matters more than call count, and you’ll be supported to win in any market.
• Be coachable and open to feedback, use the systems we’ve built, and work with a team that funds loans, not just manages them.
