You’ll access 50+ lenders and a broker’s shelf, plus coaching, Bootcamp sessions, and agent partnerships. The position is 100% commission and focused on training you to win in any market.

Qualifications

• 100% commission, self-generating role; no pre-provided leads.
• Must generate own business through referrals, partnerships, or outbound.
• Coachable with ongoing development and real-time support.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, collaborative national team.

Responsibilities

• Generate own leads and close loans across a national market.
• Leverage 50+ lenders and broker's shelf to structure deals.
• Participate in Bootcamp Sessions and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and agent partners for success.
• Utilize AI tools and training to win routes to funding.
