This remote posting requires that candidates located near a U.S. Bank location may need to work on-site three days per week, and the role requires 2+ hours of driving per week.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration and regulatory compliance requirements (S.A.F.E. Act, Regulation Z)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience
• Ability to travel

Responsabilités

• Originate mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory
• Take applications and conduct preliminary underwriting reviews
• Submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval
• Coordinate documents for processing, underwriting and closing
