Job summary

Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers. This remote role is ideal for self-starters who already have a network in real estate, sales, or community relationships and want to convert that network into funded loans.

We provide licensing support, onboarding, proven prospecting systems, and real-time coaching. You’ll work 100% commission with no income cap, access AI tools, and join regular calls with leaders to accelerate your success.

Qualifications

• You have an existing network and can leverage it for loan opportunities.
• You are self-starter and drive your own pipeline.
• You are coachable and open to feedback.
• You can work 100% on commission with persistence.

Responsibilities

• Generate own leads and build relationships in real estate and local community.
• Educate clients on loan options and close funded loans.
• Utilize provided training and AI tools to optimize origination.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and leadership to accelerate ramp-up.
