Coldwell Banker Premier is seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer who will work in-house with top realtors in Richmond, Virginia. This full-time role offers flexible work conditions, allowing for both in-office and remote work. Qualifications

• Two or more years as a Loan Officer is preferred.
• NMLS license in at least one of these states: VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help grow the business and partner with top-producing real estate agents.
• Access to a wide range of lenders and loan products.
• Build relationships with real estate professionals.

Skills

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to pass national licensing exam

General financial industry experience

Strong computer background with mortgage software
