Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer or in mortgage advisory, with solid origination knowledge.
• Familiarity with Mortgage Industry practices, regulations, and lender requirements.
• Proficiency with underwriting guidelines and preparing complete loan files.
• Strong customer service and ability to support clients through lending process.
• Remote, technology-driven work environment with standard software and LOS/CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills; regulatory compliance awareness.
• Applicable licensing (e.g., NMLS) required by jurisdiction; residential lending experience a plus.
