Job summary

The Federal Savings Bank in Holmdel, NJ is seeking experienced Mortgage Bankers to cultivate relationships with realtors and builders, grow loan production, and expand market share across the local footprint. This role offers in-house processing, underwriting and post-closing support, with mentorship and remote-friendly options.

Candidates should have 3+ years in mortgage lending, a solid referral base, and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience.
• Three or more new purchase loans per month.
• Well-developed referral base, including realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys and/or accountants.
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines.

Requirements
