Penta is seeking a Monitoring & Insights Intern to support its Intelligence division. You'll handle large volumes of news and proprietary data to generate alerts, briefs, and client-facing reports on reputation, topic trends, and stakeholder views.

You will work with analysts, use media analytics tools, and contribute to planning and decision-making. This role offers training, mentorship, and professional development in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; focus on communications, journalism, economics, history or social science preferred.
• Experience writing analytical reports and creating engaging presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Solid understanding of leveraging Excel for exploratory data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor news and events across outlets and platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts to alert clients in a timely and effective manner.
• Collect and prepare data to support media analysis and scheduled report deliveries.
