Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying.The Remote Monitoring Analyst is responsible for monitoring equipment health and performance through Sandvik’s digital solutions, identifying potential issues and improvement opportunities, and delivering timely recommendations to customers. The role supports proactive maintenance, maximizes equipment availability, and creates customer value through data-driven analysis, reporting, and technical support.The analyst serves as a key customer contact, providing insights on equipment condition, managing critical alerts, conducting operational performance reviews, and supporting customer adoption of digital services platforms.
