Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment health and performance using Sandvik’s digital solutions.
• Analyze machine data to identify failures, inefficiencies, and improvements.
• Provide actionable maintenance and operational recommendations and track outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for Remote Monitoring Service customers and conduct reviews.
• Prepare monitoring reports and maintain accurate records of recommendations and interactions.
• Support onboarding and training for Sandvik digital solutions and promote adoption.
