Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Economics (or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ experience in financial institutions, Big 4, or regulatory supervisory roles.
• Working knowledge of model risk management regulatory guidance (SR 11-7, OCC 2011-12, FDIC FIL-22-2017).
• Experience with credit risk model types (CECL, PD/LGD, Roll Rate, Scorecards, Stress Testing).
• Direct experience performing model validations or model development, including back testing, stress testing, and benchmarking.
• Technical knowledge about data processing, storage, and visualization.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Outstanding communication and client-facing report-writing skills.
