Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Model Risk Manager to lead consulting projects for financial services clients, focusing on model risk management, validation, and governance across credit risk, finance and treasury domains.

You will supervise teams, manage project delivery, and build strong client relationships while leveraging analytics, data visualization, and AI-enhanced insights to improve outcomes and drive growth. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Economics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial institutions, Big 4 or equivalent, or regulatory supervisory of financial institutions.
• Experience with model risk management regulatory guidance and various model types.
• Experience performing model validations or development, including back testing, stress testing, sensitivity testing, and benchmarking.
• Proficiency with data processing, storage, and visualization.

• Manage client service projects from planning to completion.
• Provide recommendations and build trusted client relationships.
