Job summary

Crowe Advisory LLC seeks a Model Risk Manager to lead consulting on model risk practices for financial services clients. You will validate models, perform back/testing, and provide governance insights while mentoring a team of consultants.

Responsibilities include delivering high-impact engagements, building client relationships, and driving proposals with senior leadership. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in finance, statistics, engineering or economics.
• 5+ years in financial institutions or related supervisory roles.
• Experience with model risk management, back/testing and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to delivery with quality.
• Perform model validations and develop risk models and reports.
• Present findings clearly with actionable recommendations.
• Supervise consultants and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposals.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
