Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring Manheim Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspectors across the United States. This on‑site to remote-possible role offers multiple levels (Level 1, Level 2, Senior) with hourly pay ranges and an annual incentive target.

You will inspect vehicles, document findings, and collaborate with dealer clients to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities span conducting inspections, reporting in systems, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for Mobile Inspector roles.
• 0–1 years of automotive‑related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Safely move and handle vehicles on dealer lots.
• Accurately document vehicle condition and data in inspection systems.
• Develop working knowledge of inspection standards and client expectations.
• Build strong working relationships with dealer clients and expand inspection volume.
