Responsibilities:

1. Conduct remote loan signings for various financial transactions, including mortgage closings and refinance agreements.
2. Verify signers' identities and witness signatures to comply with state laws and industry standards.
3. Guide clients through the signing process, ensuring understanding and accurate completion of documents.
4. Maintain detailed records of notarized documents, including dates, signers' identities, and transaction details.
5. Coordinate with clients, lenders, and title companies professionally and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Active Notary Public commission in your state; training provided.
3. Certified Notary Signing Agent (CNSA) preferred.
4. Experience as a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, especially in remote loan signings.
5. Knowledge of state-specific notary laws and digital notarization tools.
6. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

Compensation:

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
