Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Notary Signing Agent to work virtually in the U.S. only.

Job Type: Full-time

Primary Functions

• Conduct in-person real estate closings and notarize closing documents.
• Assist in processing files for closing and post-closing of residential or commercial real estate and mortgage transactions.

Minimum Functions

• Process, review for completeness, and organize closing files.
• Schedule closings, review documents, and maintain accuracy throughout the process.
• Prepare and submit loan or assumption packages, deposits, disbursement documentation, recording packages, and commission packages.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Abilities

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Notary Public Commission in your state.
• Meet performance and behavior expectations outlined by the company.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and partners.
• Demonstrate necessary behavioral and technical competencies.
• Follow company policies, protect confidential information, be punctual, and adhere to safety practices.

Job Requirements

Computer, internet, and home office setup. Existing Notaries should provide background check and E&O insurance.

Payment

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment
