Job summary

Terex is seeking an Entry-Level Mobile Field Service Technician for remote work on Long Island, NY. You will join a growing service team, receive ongoing training, and support communities by delivering effective field solutions.

Responsibilities include safety-first field service on diverse equipment, teamwork, and a consistent schedule with overtime opportunities. Candidates should be willing to travel and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass MVR
• Must obtain active DOT qualification
• Must live within 20 miles of Long Island, NY
• Experience, educational background and/or desire to learn mechanics, electronics, or hydraulic systems is preferred
• Basic computer and shop math skills
• Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings and work orders
• Ability to travel overnight within the assigned region
• Some trade school or equivalent training
• Strong reliability, initiative and a positive attitude
• Willingness to meet deadlines and grow in a fast-paced environment
