You will guide technical direction, foster a strong engineering culture, and partner with product owners and designers to release valuable mobile experiences at scale.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on software development and at least 5 years of leadership, with a focus on delivering high-quality iOS and Android apps in an agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mobile engineers delivering customer-facing apps.
• Provide technical leadership from product conception through production, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-quality mobile experiences.
• Review and provide feedback on product designs, architectures, and engineering approaches.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging mobile technologies, tools, and engineering practices.
• Establish standards for technical documentation, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
• Partner effectively with product managers, product designers, engineering leaders, and other technical experts to align priorities and deliver customer value.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning, ownership, and delivering measurable results.
