Smart Working is a remote-first company looking for a Mobile Developer to enhance a cross‑platform mobile app and deliver new features. The role splits focus 50/50 between frontend and backend work, with an emphasis on data-heavy systems and API changes.

You’ll collaborate with an eight-person mobile team and other IT professionals across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work autonomously while following DevOps processes, delivering tasks promptly and meeting project requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mobile development experience with cross-platform/native stacks.
• 2+ years of .NET / C#, essential with no substitutes.
• Experience with React Native, Flutter, Swift or Android Studio is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain an existing cross-platform mobile app.
• Develop and implement new features.
