Job summary

Smart Working is a remote-first company looking for a Mobile Developer to enhance an existing cross‑platform app, deliver new features, and improve the user interface while implementing API changes. The role provides a balanced 50/50 split between front-end and back-end work in a data-heavy environment.

You’ll join a collaborative team of eight developers, two project managers, and other IT staff, with autonomy to manage tasks within established DevOps practices and deliver high-quality results

Qualifications

• 2+ years in .NET MAUI or cross-platform/native mobile development.
• 2+ years in .NET / C# with no substitution.
• 2+ years in relevant mobile development.
• Ability to work independently and with project teams.
• Strong attention to detail with data-heavy systems.
• Ability to manage tasks autonomously while following DevOps processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain an existing cross-platform mobile application.
• Develop and implement new features within the application.
• Implement API changes to support application functionality.
• Develop and improve mobile user interfaces.
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, with a 50/50 split.
• Perform testing to ensure application functionality meets requirements.
• Manage assigned development tasks independently and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the project team and other mobile developers.
• Follow established DevOps processes while working flexibly and autonomously.
• Execute development tasks and participate in problem-solving discussions when required.
• Deliver work at pace while ensuring it meets the specified requirements.
