Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with mobile app interfaces.
• Prior quality assurance, user testing, or related field experience preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and access to multiple mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Proactive and effective in identifying, documenting, and reporting user experience challenges.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive usability testing for in-app features and user flows.
• Document and report bugs, glitches, and usability pain points with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to communicate findings and propose enhancements.
• Verify that all in-app features function smoothly across iOS and Android devices.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on testing outcomes, including actionable recommendations.
