Responsibilities

• Execute thorough usability tests on mobile and web platforms using structured scenarios and test cases.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, or user experience issues with clear descriptions.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to communicate findings and feedback promptly.
• Verify features function correctly across devices, browsers, and screen sizes for a consistent user experience.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on testing outcomes with actionable recommendations (daily or weekly).
