Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the ML lifecycle infrastructure. You will own CI/CD for models, monitoring, automation, and governance while ensuring scalable, reliable ML systems.

You will collaborate with data scientists and DevOps teams, stay current with MLOps tools and practices, and contribute to a high-impact global tech environment that is 100% remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in MLOps, DevOps, or ML infrastructure roles.
• Strong software architecture design knowledge.
• Solid understanding of system security and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management.
• Manage ML infrastructure for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Develop tools for model versioning, reproducibility, and governance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Monitor model performance and automate feedback loops for improvements.
• Establish MLOps best practices and standards.
