Job summary

BairesDev seeks an ML Platform Engineer to design and maintain the underlying infrastructure powering machine learning lifecycles. You will provide a robust foundation for ML workflows, enabling reliable deployment and scalable model operations across teams.

You will collaborate with data scientists to abstract infrastructure, build scalable pipelines, and deliver self-service platform tooling. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Platform Engineering, ML Engineering, or DevOps.
• Proven expertise in ML infrastructure with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with ML serving frameworks (TorchServe, Triton, SageMaker).
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Strong knowledge of model monitoring and observability for production ML.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable ML infrastructure and orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for ML model training and deployment.
• Develop and maintain model serving solutions with TorchServe, Triton, SageMaker, or KServe.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring to track performance, drift, and health of systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to simplify infrastructure and provide self‑service tooling.
