Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Remote Machine Learning Engineer to join a NYC-based marketing tech startup. You will develop predictive models, build data pipelines, and enable data-driven decisions while collaborating with the CTO and cross-functional teams.

The role offers base salary, bonus, and full benefits with a remote schedule and a NYC/Eastern time preference. You will work on modern ML tools and scalable data architectures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Statistics/Applied Math or related field.
• 3+ years in a similar ML engineering role.
• Experience with predictive modeling and data processing/analysis.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks like Keras or PyTorch and libraries like scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of Google Meridian, MMM, XGBoost, Prophet, FastAPI, Postgres, and cloud SQL/Run.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, processes, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and deliver product-focused results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy predictive models with ML algorithms.
• Build data pipelines and robust data architectures.
• Run geo-experiments, holdouts, and backtests to validate models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into solutions.
• Keep up with latest ML developments and introduce new tech.
• Design data pipelines using SQL, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
• Support data-driven decision making and predictive intelligence.
