Job summary

Techverse in the United States is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and delivery of production AI systems for US enterprise clients. You will work across data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring, owning technical decisions and guiding junior engineers.

This is a client-facing role; you will present solutions to CTOs and engineering leads, mentor teammates, and stay current with AI research. 100% remote, full health benefits, learning budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in ML/AI systems.
• Production experience with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent.
• Experience building RAG systems with vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector.
• Strong ability to explain complex AI to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of transformer model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, full fine-tuning)
• Experience deploying ML models to production: model serving, monitoring, and scaling
• Strong communication skills — you can explain complex AI systems to non-technical stakeholders

Competitive salary: $140,000–$200,000 depending on experience
