Qualifications

• Ability to frame problems, weigh trade-offs and make decisions under ambiguity.
• Plan and sequence a workstream; manage risks and dependencies for on-time delivery.
• Proficient use of modern AI tooling and LLM/agentic tools to accelerate work.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing others' work.
