Qualifications

• Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services.
• Experience translating business and operational requirements into scalable, user-centric AI capabilities.
• Experience integrating AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable, user-centric AI capabilities that automate workflows, augment decision-making, and improve service delivery.
• Implement and manage AI-driven solutions that integrate with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms to enable intelligent automation and incident response.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance through model evaluation, prompt refinement, agent configuration, and logic enhancements to improve accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
• Maintain operational governance of AI solutions by managing production stability, performance thresholds, compliance requirements, risk controls, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with application operations, platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and continuously improve agent-based solutions.
