The role focuses on high-quality formation content, evaluation efforts, and mission integration within a large, multi-hospital network in Illinois and Wisconsin. Requires theology education and 2+ years in formation or spiritual care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in theology or related field required.
• Master's degree in theology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in formation, mission, or spiritual care.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and implement formation experiences across the health system.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality formation content and related programs.
• Contribute to evaluation efforts to strengthen the organization's Catholic identity.
