Qualifications

Master's Degree required; Doctoral Degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or related clinical field.
Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating pilot programs and measuring outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to brief internal and external partners.

Responsabilités

Lead SBHP Center Designation Pilot in one state and establish designation criteria.
Coordinate with stakeholders and participating clinics.
Develop SBHP website enhancements and AI chatbot to assist directory searches.
Deliver training and education on military culture and mental health topics.
Represent SBHP at conferences and plan events to raise national profile.
