Zacks Investment Management is seeking an experienced Broker-Dealer Business Consultant (External Wholesaler) for the Midwest region. This remote/field-based role covers national broker-dealers' financial advisors and promotes SMAs, model portfolios, and ETFs.

Reports to the Director of National Sales with travel 50–70% for meetings and events. You will build territory plans, drive advisor relationships, deliver education on investment solutions, and partner with portfolio management, research,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services sales experience.
• Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and 65, required.
• Ability to engage advisors and senior decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% for advisor meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow AUM and advisor relationships.
• Build long-term relationships with wealth managers and financial advisors.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to communicate investment solutions.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing advisor relationships.
• Provide advisor support, portfolio construction guidance, and market insights.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, research, compliance, and operations.
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance against quarterly/annual goals.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
