Customer.io is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive mid‑market B2B SaaS growth in a fully remote role across the Americas. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging MEDDPICC and consultative selling to win new business.

Joining our team means tackling high‑impact opportunities, collaborating with SDRs, Customer Success, and Tech Support, and delivering tangible value to customers while earning a strong OTE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales for mid‑market accounts.
• Location: UK, Ireland, and Americas regions; candidates must reside there.
• Proven success in new customer acquisition and closing deals in B2B SaaS, preferably MarTech.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar consultative selling framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional presence.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and position solutions.
• Deal focus on mid‑market accounts with shorter sales cycles and lower ACV.
• Collaborates with SDRs for lead generation and with CS/Tech for post‑sale handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in high‑volume prospecting, cold and warm outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle for deals typically under $50,000 ACV.
• Drive growth within mid‑sized clients, nurture relationships and uncover business needs.
• Collaborate with SDRs for lead quality feedback and with CS/Tech for post‑sale handoffs.
• Own and report on pipeline status and progress toward targets.
