Responsibilities

• Draft dispositive motions, appellate briefs, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Conduct large-scale e-discovery reviews using Relativity and DISCO.
• Review merger, trading, and corporate governance documents for shareholder derivative matters.
• Prepare Rule 26 disclosures and discovery-related motions.
• Assist with deposition preparation and witness reviews.
• Research securities and antitrust frameworks under the 1933 Act, 1934 Act, FRCP, and CPLR.
• Advise on litigation risk in transactional contexts such as indemnities and warranties.
